Jan Kotýnek Krotký recently participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Towards a (New) Democratic Interface: Critical Perspectives on Citizens’ Participation in EU Policy-Making" at the prestigious European University Institute in Florence.

During the event, Jan presented his project funded by the Czech Science Foundation. He also co-presented with Karolina Borońska-Hryniewiecka on their current research concerning the discursive strategies of European Members of Parliament regarding citizen participation in EU policymaking
